Instructions for authors

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

Interested authors of invited lectures or original contributions are invited to submit an abstract of up to 300 words via www.action-m.com/ok2015/submission.php before the prolonged deadline August 17, 2015, 19:00 hours.

Duration of invited lectures has been preliminary set to 30 minutes including discussion, duration of the remaining contributions should not exceed 20 minutes including discussion.

TYPES OF CONTRIBUTIONS

Practical experience – presentation of case studies and sharing experience in realization of projects and operation of optical systems and networks with the conference participants are expected.

Display of concrete products and market oriented contributions will be regarded as company presentations and will be subject to payment of higher conference fee. (Interested persons will find more information in section "Offer of active company presentation").

The contributions will, with the consent of their authors, be placed on the conference website and made available for download in .pdf format (max. 10 MB)..

Original results of research and development work will be published in the conference proceedings.

Only contributions that

• have high scientific quality,
• are written in English and in accordance with the template available on the conference website,
• are received before the deadline of September 21, 2015

will be included in the conference programme and published in the conference proceedings.

Members of the Programme Committee reserve the right to assign accepted contributions to particular sections or refuse to publish them in the conference proceedings if their authors had not paid the conference fee or their contributions failed to pass the review procedure because of unsatisfactory content or formal shortcomings.
